DAY 1: Nairobi to Naivasha

Arise early in time to meet your tour guide, who will meet and assist you at an agreed and well communicated pick-up point (pick-up time is 7.45 am). Depart northwest for Naivasha Town. En route is a brief stopover at View Point for an amazing view of the Great Rift Valley. Proceed to Naivasha Town. Transfer to Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a scenic one hour boat ride at the lake. Transfer to your Naivasha camp/ lodge for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities include a guided nature walk (at a supplement), games and sports (football, volleyball, netball, lawn racket ball, darting, tennis and pool table), spa treatments (at a supplement), watching Joy Adamson’s video, special teas, a visit to the Joy Adamson’s Museum (extra charges may apply), swimming and relaxing by the pool. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge/ Sawela Lodge Naivasha/ Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge/ Elsamere Conservation Centre/ Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp/ Camp Carnelley’s/ Fisher Man’s Camp.

DAY 2: Naivasha to Gilgil

Breakfast at 7.30 am and proceed to the Mount Longonot National Park. Enjoy a refreshing 4-5 hours morning hike at the park. Depart further northwest for Gilgil Town. Gilgil Town is located at a distance of 30 kms from Naivasha Town. Transfer to your Gilgil/ Lake Elmentaita camp/ lodge for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities include Activities include cycling/ biking and hiking to scenic nearby hills and a hot water springs outlet, an educational bush/ nature walk (at a supplement), a drive/ walk along the lake, bird watching, a kids playground that has swings, slides, football, volleyball and basketball courts, swimming and relaxing by the pool. Enjoy a sundowner (at a supplement). Dinner and overnight at the Cactus Eco Camp & Lodge/ Oasis Eco Camp/ Kika Lodge/ Sentrim Elementaita Lodge/ Lake Elementaita Country Lodge/ Jacaranda Lake Elementaita Lodge/ Sirville Lake Elementaita Lodge.

DAY 3: Gilgil to Nakuru

Breakfast at 7.30 am and proceed to the Kariandusi Museum. Visit the museum. Depart for Nakuru Town. Nakuru Town is located at a distance of 40 kms from Gilgil Town. Transfer to your Nakuru camp/ lodge for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities include a guided bush/ nature/ bird walk (at a supplement), health and wellness (spa treatments) (at a supplement), traditional entertainment (where applicable) (at a supplement), swimming and relaxing by the pool. Enjoy a sundowner/ bush dinner (at a supplement). Dinner and overnight at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge/ Sarova Woodlands Resort & Spa/ Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge/ Lake Nakuru Lodge/ Mbweha Camp/ Punda Milias Camp.

DAY 4: Nakuru to Nyahururu

Breakfast at 7.30 am and depart for Nyahururu Town. Proceed to the Thomson’s Falls. Transfer to your Nyahururu camp/ lodge for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities include horse riding, cycling, indoor games, fun activities for kids, brunch, a visit to nearby attractions such as Kisima etc. swimming and relaxing by the pool. Return to your Nyahururu camp/ lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Tafaria Castle & Country Lodge/ Thomson’s Falls Lodge.

DAY 5: Nyahururu to Bogoria

Breakfast at 7.30 am and depart for Bogoria Town in Baringo County. Proceed to Kerubo Swamp, a quiet, peaceful area punctuated with the shrills and calls of various birds. Enjoy a guided bird watching tour within the Kesubo Nature Trail. The major attraction of the swamp is its birdlife with over 200 bird species calling the swamp a home. The swamp holds the Kenyan record for the largest number of bird species seen in an hour at 96 as recorded by the Lonely Planet guide to East Africa. Transfer to your Bogoria hotel for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities at the hotel include a leisure swim at the famous natural spa resort known for its therapeutic value, a leisure swim at the cold water pool, health and wellness (spa treatments at the Massage Parlor & Salon) (at a supplement) and day excursions to nearby attractions such as the Tugen Hills and the Kapsarani pre-historic site (excluding the museum entry fees/ charges). Return to your Bogoria hotel. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Bogoria Spa Resort.

DAY 6: Bogoria to Baringo

Breakfast at 7.30 am and depart for Baringo Town. Proceed to the Lake Baringo Reptile Park. The park was opened in 2003, to teach the locals and visitors about the different species of reptiles found locally. Transfer to your Baringo camp/ lodge for lunch. Afternoon/ evening spent at leisure. Activities include a scenic one hour boat ride at Lake Baringo (at a supplement), a guided nature/ bird walk (at a supplement), a visit to the Lake Baringo natural hot springs, bird watching, a cultural visit (at a supplement), a visit to nearby attractions such as the Tugen Hills, Kabarnet Museum, Kikojo Falls, Rondinin, Kipngochoch Cliffs and the Chebloch Gorge (excluding the museum entry fees/ charges). Return to your Baringo camp/ lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Soi Safari Lodge/ Robert’s Camp.

DAY 7: Baringo to Nakuru to Nairobi

Breakfast at 7.30 am and proceed to the Kabarnet Museum. Visit the museum. Depart for Nakuru Town. Transfer to the Sarova Woodlands Resort & Spa/ Hillcourt Resort & Spa for lunch. Having concluded your safari, embark on a journey back to Nairobi. The drop-off point is the same as the pick-up point.
