DAY 1: Nairobi to Magadi

Arise early in time to meet your tour guide, who will meet and assist you at an agreed and well communicated pick-up point (pick-up time is 7.00 am). Depart south for Magadi Town. Magadi Town is located in the rift valley of Kenya to the south west of Nairobi and to the north east of Lake Natron in northern Tanzania. En route is a stop at the Olorgesailie Museum. Visit the museum. The museum and pre-historic site is world renowned as ‘the factory of stones’. It is the only place with the largest number. Citing the highest number of migratory bird species in Kenya, the pre-historic site is also a bird watcher’s paradise. Enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Olorgesailie. Depart for Lake Magadi Sports Club for lunch. Thereafter, proceed to the Lake Magadi Conservancy. Visit Lake Magadi and the saline, natural Lake Magadi hot springs. Transfer to your Lake Magadi camp. Evening spent at leisure. Activities at the camp include a night bonfire, star gazing and traditional Maasai entertainment. A bush dinner and overnight at the Lake Magadi Tented Camp.

DAY 1: Magadi to Nairobi

Breakfast at 7.30 am and proceed to the Shompole Conservancy. Enjoy a refreshing morning game drive at the conservancy. Transfer to the Lake Magadi Sports Club for lunch. Afternoon spent at leisure. Activities at the sports club include swimming and relaxing by the pool among others (extra charges may apply). Having concluded your safari, embark on a journey back to Nairobi. The drop-off point is the same as the pick-up point.

Have a safe and memorable journey back home, till we meet again!!
