1

DAY 1: Namibia/ Botswana

Arrival and pick-up at the Kasane Airport. Make sure that you get your passport stamped at the airport upon arrival in Botswana.
Transfer to the Kasane Immigration Office (KIO). A Zambezi Queen Collection staff member will meet and assist you with formalities at the passport control as you exit Botswana.
Transfer via a small tender boat with a Zambezi Queen Collection staff member to the Namibian Immigration Office. Get your passport stamped at the Namibian Immigration Office.
Transfer to the Zambezi Queen for lunch (for transfers scheduled between 13.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs)/ snacks (for transfers scheduled between 15.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs).
Afternoon spent game viewing and enjoying a sunset cruise via a tender boat.
Return to the Zambezi Queen. Take time to freshen up before meeting your captain at the upper deck with a welcome cocktail. Anticipate a safety briefing.
Enjoy a delectable three course dinner accompanied by an excellent choice of paired wines.
Finish off with an espresso/ nightcap at the bar.
An overnight stay at the Zambezi Queen.

DAY 2: Namibia/ Botswana

Breakfast in the morning whilst marveling at a wonderful Botswana sunrise (Breakfast timings will be communicated to you in advance prior to your travel dates).
Morning spent enjoying a variety of activities to choose from (water-based game viewing and bird watching on tender boats, a land-based cultural tour at a local village, tiger and bream fishing (varies with the season. Tiger fishing is strictly catch and release) and/or remain on board as the luxurious Zambezi Queen glides its way along the banks of the River Chobe.
Return to the Zambezi Queen for lunch. You can use your vintage to spot wildlife and to drink in the expansive views.
Afternoon spent enjoying a water-based safari on a tender boat, where you can get up close sightings of an array of wildlife including some of the 120,000 elephants of which the Chobe National Park is known for.
Return to the Zambezi Queen.
Dinner and overnight at the Zambezi Queen.

DAY 3: Day of departure

Enjoy a morning cruise whilst having breakfast on board. This is an ample opportunity to do some last minute wildlife spotting and taking some memorable pictures.
Bid the crew farewell as you make your way to the Namibian Immigration Office via a tender boat.
Have your documents stamped and then transfer to the Kasane Immigration Office (KIO) via a small tender boat.
Have your documents stamped again and then make your way to Botswana in time to board your international flight back home/ transfer to your Botswana hotel.
